Boots. 

A lot. I don't mean I like them. I mean I enjoy spending hours scrolling through online websites, bookmarking my favorite ones and dreaming of a time when I'll have enough money to blow $70-$200 on them. Like when I marry a good, Catholic zillionare, and also have a huge majestic library-room with wheeling ladders and a windowseat inside our huge mansion. I mean that I agonize over style, and height of the heel, the the little itsy bitsy details that no one really cares about, and the color, etc etc etc.

I'm not quite obsessed. But I'm close. And while I adore boots, I'm also very picky about them. They have to be this color, and this style, and this length, and this particular thickness of the heel, it goes on. But when I find one that I like, I end up falling head-over-heels in love.

It's weird. I don't get like this about shoes. Or shirts. Or even skirts. Just boots. 

So now that you've learned this slightly creepy quirk about Yours Truly, we come to the real reason for this post.

Guess what I decided to cave in on and splurge for the first time in my life on?

Boots.

(I'm having laptop issues, so I can't use Photoshop, so there's no watermark. I'd ask you all to not steal these pictures, but the lighting in my room in the evening is deplorable, and the pictures aren't even that good. So just forget it.)

 I have been lusting after a pair of equestrian-style boots for AGES. Ages, I tell you. And while the color isn't 100% my favorite, I still love them. I love the zipper, and the fake zipper outside the real zipper, I love the two little buckles, I love the teeny big of a heel, I love the shape, I just love them.

Okay. Rave over, I promise. I'm just really excited, because I know I'm going to wear these EVERYWHERE.
